Am.Can.Ch. GAIA Sunridge Serenade
    "Maggie"         Three Years

In limited showing, Maggie finished her Championship title while only ten months of age, with three major wins.  She was Best Puppy in the Hound Group at a show in August of 1996, then was chosen Best Opposite in Sweepstakes to her brother at the Greyhound Club of America National Specialty in September.  Maggie was Winners Bitch the next day at the supported entry for a 5 point major.  Maggie made quite a hit that weekend and we had many offers to buy her.

In June, 1998, Maggie traveled to Canada for the Ontario Sighthound Specialty and won the Breed there.  She was shown in Canada the rest of the year and received many Breed wins and Group placements.   Maggie surprised us all by finishing as the Number One Greyhound in Canada for 1998.  Needless to say we were very proud of her.

Maggie is a very correct, very sound Greyhound.  She has a beautiful body, head and expression, and grows more elegant as she matures.  She is a flawless mover, with an easy, ground-covering gait that could carry her through a long day in the field.  Maggie has an outgoing personality and attitude in the ring that says,  "Look at ME!"  If she can't get enough attention by striking a pose, she invents all kinds of funny antics to gather all eyes to her.  At one show, as she was being gaited away from the Judge, she spotted the Bulldogs in the next ring.  Maggie stopped dead in her tracks, looked at those funny looking dogs, and started to bark at them.  That little antic certainly got everyone's attention!

Maggie is the sweetest Greyhound I have ever owned
